The Maurelli Group is a global supplier of parts for industrial vehicles. Their mission is to be a reliable resource for experts in the industry through speedy maintenance management and 24/7 roadside assistance. They offer a range of services. These include selling OEM and aftermarket parts under the GAM Technic brand in 38 offices worldwide. They also provide over 400 workshops and training for motor industry professionals. Additionally, they offer extensive customer service to their clients.
Maurelli Group’s mission is to offer its customers highly professional maintenance management and 24/7 roadside assistance to minimize costs and the downtime of their vehicles. To deliver this, data transparency is key for the highest possible efficiency and availability.
This data is sourced from SAP ECC 6.0 and Microsoft Power BI is used as the business intelligence solution. But because there is no direct connection between systems, a manual process which entailed a great deal of time and money was in place. To help achieve their mission, Maurelli Group wanted a solution that would eliminate the manual effort in favor of an automated process.

Solution with Xtract Universal
Through the referral of colleagues, Maurelli Group began testing Xtract Universal for the SAP integration solution.
